What is a Wordpress Template?
A WordPress template serves as the skin for websites built using the WordPress content management system. A WordPress template is incredibly simple to setup. You may quickly modify the appearance of your WordPress website by installing a new template. A WordPress template comes with all the necessary source files, and you are free to change and expand it however you see fit.
Template Installation
File Structure
The template bundle that you downloaded is divided into various directories. Let's examine the contents of each folder:

-contains template screenshot. Not for production.
- theme -contains wordpress theme files.
- "vw-dark.zip" -this folder contains all the necessary files for the theme.
- "license.txt" -contains license details.
- "readme.txt" -contain information about theme images path, font use and usage script.
Template installation
Installing a template is a simple process.
The WordPress interface allows for the completion of all installation procedures. It expedites and comforts the process.
There are two ways to complete the installation process.
1- Using WordPress admin, install a theme.
The first step is to log in to your WordPress admin dashboard. After that, click.
1. Go to the Dashboard >> Appearance >> Themes.
2. Once you are on the themes page, click on the Add New button at the top.
3. Click on Upload Theme button.
4. Choose your vw-dark.zip theme by clicking the Browse button, and then hit the Install Now button.
After that, Your theme will have been installed successfully.
2-Install a Theme using FTP
The theme can be uploaded using FTP, which is your second installation option. To use this method, first log into your website using FTP and navigate to the wp-content/themes folder. Just extract the Total folder from the theme file you got and upload it to your server.
Next log into your WordPress site and navigate to Appearance >> Themes to activate Theme.
Setup Homepage Template With Customizer
Follow the steps listed below to set up Configure Homepage With Customizer.
1. Create a new page and name it as "Home" then select the template "Custom Home Page".
2. You have two options for choosing a static homepage.
1. Go to Dashboard >> Settings >> Reading
Choose the option for Static Page, then choose the page you made as your homepage and a different page as your default page.
2. Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Homepage Settings
Choose the Static Page option, then choose the page you generated to serve as your homepage and another page as your default page.
Once you've finished, save the changes, and your homepage is now personalised. Your front page will now be a bespoke page that you have created.
Setup Header
In order to establish the Header Settings, follow the below steps.
Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> VW Settings >> Header Section
It will appear like this on the front end.
Setup Logo
For Logo
Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >>Site Identity
Setup Slider
In order to establish the Slider Section, follow the below steps.
Go to Dashboard >> Pages >> Add New
The title, the content, and the feature image.
For two more sliders, repeat the previous process.
Go to Customizer >> VW Settings >> Slider Settings
Select the Pages created for Slider Section.
It will appear like this on the front end.
Setup About Section
In order to establish About Section, follow the below steps.
You must first create the Post.
Go to Dashboard >> Posts >> Add new
Go to Customizer >> VW Settings >> About Section
The section title, experience year, and experience text must all be added here.
On the front end, it will seem like this.
Setup Footer Section
In order to establish the footer section, follow the below steps.
Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Widgets
On the front end, it will seem like this.
In this manner you can setup Footer section.
Setup Copyright Section
In order to establish the Copyright section, follow the below steps.
Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> VW Settings >> Footer Settings
The copyright top bottom padding and placement can be changed here.
On the front end, it will seem like this.
For Scroll To Top:
Here, you can change the icon and its position in addition to enabling or disabling the scroll to the top.
Blog Post Settings
11.1. Post Settings
In order to establish the Post Settings, follow the below steps.
Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Blog Post Settings >> Post Settings
Here, you may choose whether to display the author, date, comments, time, or featured image.
It will appear like this on the front end.
11.2. Button Settings
In order to establish the Button Settings, follow the below steps.
Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Blog Post Settings >> Button Settings
Options for blog post button padding, border radius, and button text are available here.
It will appear like this on the front end.
11.3. Related Post Settings
In order to establish the Related Post Settings, follow the below steps.
Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Blog Post Settings >> Related Post Settings
Options for the related post title, related post count, and show/hide related post are available here.

General Settings
Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> General Settings
1. Width Layout
There are three possibilities for Theme Width Layout.
1) Full width2) Fluid Container width
3) Box container width
In Full width, the width of the theme will default.
In Fluid Container width, the width of the theme will in container fluid.
In Box Container width, the width of the theme will in box container width.
Box Container Width is shown in the screen capture below. You can notice that the theme width has changed in the example below.

2. Post Sidebar Layout: In this, you can change the Blog post sidebar layout.
3. Page Sidebar Layout: In this, you can change the page sidebar layout.
4. Shop Page Sidebar: In this, you have option to show/hide the Shop page sidebar.
5. Single Product Sidebar: In this, you have option to show/hide the Single Product sidebar.
6. Pre-Loader: In this, you have option to show/hide the Pre-Loader in the theme and also have option for Pre-Loader type.
Responsive Media Settings
Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> VW Settings >> Responsive Media
Here you have options to show/hide slider, metbox and sidebar and also to change the icons of responsive open & close Menu icons in Mobile Media.
Typography Settings
In Theme Typography there are three options
1) Content Typography2) Headings Typography
1. Content Typography
In Content Typography the Paragraph and Anchor tags' colour, font style, font size, line height, font weight, and letter spacing can all be altered.
Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Typography >> Content Typography

2. Headings Typography
In Headings Typography You can change the headings' colour, font style, size, line height, font weight, and letter spacing.
Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Typography >> Headings Typography
