I installed the VW Hospital theme. In my “Menu” there is a large grey box that says “Mega-Menu” that I cannot remove no matter what I try.

In Chrome/edge/explorer the menu boxes would not show as “drop down” even though I blanketed them. Forcing me to delete submenus.

I just purchased last night and have the most up to date version
Please help with these two issues!!!
