Welcome and Why Choose Us Section Not Updating

I am trying to update the text under “welcome section” and the “why choose us” section, however, the content does not seem to update and the default “Lorem ipsum” does not update to my content.
I am trying to update the text under “welcome section” and the “why choose us” section, however, the content does not seem to update and the default “Lorem ipsum” does not update to my content.
I have tried to reinstall wordpress, it didnt fix the issue.
I have also tried to write the content in the ‘text’ area and not the ‘visual’ – it is still not working

I am also having this issue … What is the solution? It is not just for this area either, but several content boxes all over – including the address title and comment section in the Contact Section!
