Good Evening from the USA – I downloaded the pro version and have been able to get the majority of handled without too many problems. I am however, having a problem getting the VW Health Coach Pro Posttype plugin installed. It gives me the following error:

Downloading installation package from /home/thrivi25/public_html/wp-content/themes/vw-health-coach-pro/inc/plugins/vw-health-coach-pro-posttype…

Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.

Can you help me in fixing this so I can install the plugin and get the rest of my site finished.

Hi,

Thank You for choosing us!

Follow the steps given below to upload the plugin:

1. First, you need to download the plugin from the source (which will be a zip file vw-health-coach-pro-posttype)).
2. Next, you need to go to WordPress admin area and visit Plugins » Add New.

3. After that, click on the Upload Plugin button on top of the page.
4. This will bring you to the plugin upload page.
5. Here, you need to click on the choose file button and select the plugin file you downloaded earlier to your computer.
6. After you have selected the file, you need to click on the install now button.
7. WordPress will now upload the plugin file from your computer and install it for you. You will see a success message like this after installation is finished.
8. Once installed, you need to click on the Activate Plugin link to start using the plugin.
As soon as you activate the plugin, you will get services, Team and Testimonial in your Admin Navigation Pannel.

Hi,

I recently purchased the VW Theme Health Coach Pro and went through the installation and setup process. However, my homepage has not populated with the demo content, and any changes I’ve made to the homepage are not taking effect. Can you please assist me with this issue.

Hello! Good morning from Spain.

I have a problem with the sliders, since I can select the image to be displayed, but when I write text or try to put the buttons, nothing is shown.

I tried to deactivate the section and reactivate it, I have changed the number of sliders, changed images, etc … But I can’t solve it with anything. If you can help me with it, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hello! Thanks for the reply.

All that we know how to do it now. What happens is that when we want to add the Slide Text, the Slide Main Heading and the Slider Button Text do not appear. Only the image is displayed, without any text.

I am having an issue where my site does not appear on a mobile device. The previous information to disable jetpack does not work as Wordpres do not allow this. Can I please get some help on why this is happening. Thanks you
