Why does my account show this:

Order #5409 was placed on June 8, 2018 and is currently Cancelled. I am unable to access the Theme I purchased, my CC was billed $40.00, but this shows canceled??

Hi,

Maybe you are trying to upload the wrong zip.

Please go through the following steps to make sure you have done with this or not.

You got the premium theme download links on your order confirmation mail which contains the following zip files:

1. VW Pet Shop Pro
2. Gallery Images
3. VW Pet Shop Pro posttype
4. Banner Images

If you haven’t got the zip file of the theme, please send us your order number, we will give you the login credential of your account on our website.

VW Pet Shop Pro is a premium version theme. The “Banner Images” and “Gallery Images” is a theme required plugins.

You need to upload the themes separately. First, upload VW Pet Shop Pro zip via Appearance -> Themes and activate. The “Banner Images” and “Gallery Images” would be uploaded via Plugins -> Add new. These both of plugins will be uploaded separately one by one.

If you have successfully completed theme installation, then follow the below steps to get the demo content on your homepage.

1. Create Page to set template: Go to Dashboard >> Pages >> Add New Page.
Label it “home” or anything as you wish. Then select template “home-page” from template drop-down.

2. Set the front page: Go to Setting -> Reading –> Set the front page display static page to home page

This will show all the demo content on your front page. Now you can customize each section through the Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings.

Make sure it is a blog theme, so you need to create a post, categories, tags and a category should have a published post. So that it will appear on your site.

If you got stuck somewhere then send us the query. If you want we can set up your theme, make a user for us assign administrator role and send us the username and password along with the URL. We have a free theme installation support.

On the slider, there is a KNOW MORE button. Do I have to create a page that will link there? (Sorry very rank newbie) Will that page then show in menu? (I don’t want it to)

Hi Mizgriz,
As per your query, yes if you want to add any page link to the button you can add.
No, you will not get menu automatically added on the homepage you have to add it.

Hi Mizgriz,
As per your query, to add forms you have to download the contact form Plugin.
Contact Form Link: https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/
And to add a gallery we are giving you some easy steps.
Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >> Pet Gallery >> In Last you will see option to add the shortcode >> Just add shortcode >> Publish.
Shortcode: [vw-galleryshow vw_gallery=”80″ numberofitem=”8″]

Hi VW Support.

As with chelle.brockmans post (July 10, 2018), and in line with your July 11, 2018 reply … I’ve downloaded the pro zip file and gone through the neccessay steps to install/update the free version. I get the message style.css sheet is missing! when I assume all I may need to do in this instance is upload and over write the old files, I find sections of tags missing, but not before I find my site had crashed in glorious style. Through recovery mode, I’ve sorted and restored back to my original status.

I need assistance please 🙂

… additional observational query! right or wrong, I’m not sure… just looking through the zip file. Looking at how you’ve re/named your files, I’ve found a [vw-style.css] in the assets/css folder; is this supposed to be there?

Tell me, why is this not on the forefront of any installation of your themes! As a side note, and putting a side your obvious business arrangements, between you, you’ve made a simple process needlessly complicated, now I have to rebuild my site.
