I am unable to change the accent color from blue to anything else. I looked through the documentation and the options Global Color Second and Global Color Third do not show up for me. I only have Global Color First and that’s it. Please help!
January 11, 2019 at 1:19 pm #9176developer vwthemeParticipantHi,
As per your query, Vw Medical Care has only one highlight color, therefore, we have given one global color option.
Thanks
January 11, 2019 at 1:24 pm #9177kreetaParticipantDo I understand corrently that this means that my website will always have blue accent color?
January 12, 2019 at 10:36 am #9196developer vwthemeParticipantHi,
As per your request, you can change the blue color by using global color option.
Thanks
January 12, 2019 at 4:01 pm #9202kreetaParticipantI’m afraid I’m a little confused. I already changed the “Global Color First” to orange, our company color. But there are still certain places that appear in blue, like buttons when hovering, different details etc. See this screenshot for example, it’s from the bottom of our Main page and when I hover on the blog intro, it changes blue even when with the orange selected on the left sidebar: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1tg3MGWGpgSeU9km-H63QuQgAE8xBLyWl/view?usp=sharing
How can I change so that all of the blue is replaced by orange?January 14, 2019 at 10:58 am #9224kreetaParticipantI will include another screenshot from the documentation of Medical Care Pro template. As you can see, it gives the options to change three global colors whereas in reality I can change only one. If you don’t have any way of changing this, I would like to request a refund, because the information in the documentation was misleading.

January 15, 2019 at 12:51 pm #9262kreetaParticipantIn this case I would like to receive a refund to the credit card I used to pay for this as the information was misleading and I cannot use this template. Please let me know if you need anything else from me in order to process this. Thank you!
January 16, 2019 at 11:31 am #9274developer vwthemeParticipantHi,
As per your request, its a mistake and we have provided a global color option in the customizer to change the color.
What else you want in global color?
Please let us know your thought.
Thanks
January 16, 2019 at 1:00 pm #9275kreetaParticipantHello again.
Please see this screenshot from the documentation of this template: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1k5St44fPrmt6abAwE9bJZYzL9k6X8FH6/view
There should be 3 global color options.
There is only one https://drive.google.com/file/d/1tg3MGWGpgSeU9km-H63QuQgAE8xBLyWl/view and as you can see, even though some parts of my website are orange, which is the “global color one”, other parts still show up as blue and I want to be able to change ALL the colors. How is this so difficult to understand?
January 18, 2019 at 12:48 pm #9348developer vwthemeParticipantHi Kreeta,

Theme installation failed.
January 23, 2019 at 4:30 am #9484developer vwthemeParticipantHi,
A common issue that can occur when installing WordPress themes is “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.” error message being displayed when uploading or activating the theme.
Step 1: Install Theme Via WordPress Dashboard
Log in to your WordPress admin area.
Go to ‘Appearance > Themes‘ section
Click on ‘Add New‘ and select the ‘Upload Theme‘ option
Browse and select the .zip file and press ‘Install Now‘.
Click Activate.
That’s it! You’re all set and ready to goIf you need some other help or need further clarification please let us know.
Thank You
January 29, 2019 at 1:34 pm #9664kreetaParticipantHi again. I now deleted the existing VW medical care pro theme from my dashboard and installed the new one. Installation worked.
But the colors are still missing! See here, this is a screenshot of my home page now: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RZfkraapJMIXTs8Mf1NPipgCPRg5URKz/view?usp=sharing
I am getting really frustrated.
January 30, 2019 at 11:56 am #9685developer vwthemeParticipantHi,
As per your request, could you please specify for which color are you talking about?
You will get only one global color option in the customizer.
Thanks
