The image is not showing on the editor. But it is visible with the link.
January 6, 2018 at 3:08 pm #3464ALParticipantWill you be helping with this or not? I have done exactly as HEADER wants, 1600 x 400 image, and yet the header image “does not show” on web pages.
January 8, 2018 at 4:54 am #3470VWTHEMESKeymasterHi,
Could you please make a user, assign administrator role and give us it’s username and password? I need to check why it is not appearing on your site.
Thanks

January 9, 2018 at 6:05 am #3482VWTHEMESKeymasterHi,
I checked your site. It is not taking the image because under Appearance -> Customize -> VW Settings -> Top Bar / Header default image was selected which has a blank image. And it has the highest priority. So first I have removed that image from there, then your header image has appeared in the header.
One more thing, as the header image is set in the background, so it should have a perfect image size. In your case, it is 1518 x 114 px. Its size will depend on the logo size and the header content.
You can see http://www.uhagary.org/ how the header is appearing, due to its size. So if you add an image to 1518 x 114 px this size then it will look perfect on your site.
Hope you understand.
Thanks

January 9, 2018 at 2:27 pm #3485ALParticipantIt is up to VW themes to make sure “core components” of Wordprees (Customize/Header) work normally, and clearly your “Hospital theme” BROKE that. VW Theme DEV’s need to adjust its Framework. See the back & forth I had to go thru to convince support of this.
It is not up to customers to understand some specialized setting in you Framework would defeat “Customize/Header”, it is up to VW themes to make sure nothing in said Framework DEFEATS “core components” of WordPress.
Not only has this wasted much of my time, going back and for here in this forum with support, trying to get support to believe me about this now admitted, but now he admits the SUGGESTED SIZE of the “Customize/Header” is wrong. And that 2 wrongs against VW themes, and VW themes needs to fix this.
Would be nice of VW themes it give me the “theme-bundle package”, in compensation for the tremondous waste of time I experienced, that was not my fault.

Would be just if VW Themes gave me the “theme-bundle package”, in compensation for the tremondous waste of time I experienced, that was not my fault. My time wasted herw was far greater than $99.

January 10, 2018 at 6:02 am #3492VWTHEMESKeymasterHi AL,
A custom header is part of WordPress themes. Custom headers are optional, doesn’t matter if we put this on a theme or not, it will not broke the WordPress theme standard. It is added to the WordPress themes to allow their user to change the header image. And this header image is working on all the pages present on the site. This header image option is also present in the VW Themes setting panel. You can add it from anywhere.
I agree the dimension is not matched with your site. And I clarified this point in the first mail when you asked about it that your logo site and header content will depend on this as it is showing an image in the background.
Thanks

I said the core function of “Appearance | Customize | Header”, which is in EVERY WordPress theme, that your Hospital theme breaks. You admitted the stated size (1600×400) was wrong, and yet VW themes still hasn’t fixed it.
I spent 10 days going back and forth with you, wasting my time trying to convince you its broken.
January 10, 2018 at 6:36 am #3496VWTHEMESKeymasterHi,
Appearance | Customize | Header it’s actual name is custom headers. It does not come with the WordPress, needs to put on the theme if required. And every theme has it because it’s useful for their user.
VW Themes will fix it but in the next version. Dimension is not matching with your site but it is working.
Thanks
April 20, 2018 at 10:18 am #4816sand.severiniParticipantgood morning, I bought your theme.
I installed everything using an FTP and I uploaded the 2 folders (vw-hospital-pro and vw-hospital-pro-child) in the “Themes” folder and also loaded the remaining 3 folders in the “Plugins” folder.
I’m working on the theme “vw-hospital-pro” is correct?I have two problems:
1) I can not view the site as the demo (not all parts and features are displayed)2) I can not delete the “Mega menu” button from the top of the page.
I read the installation instructions, but they do not exactly match what happens in reality, maybe they should be updated?
Thank you
