Slider button doesn’t appear on mobile version.
So, its impossible to access the link.
I created a test page to check it: http://vamostreinar.com.br/index.php/teste-2/
How I can fix that?November 21, 2017 at 5:28 am #2962VWTHEMESKeymasterHi,
Slider content is made hidden on the mobile devices. Because it is not possible to show all of the content over the image. But if you want only the button to be shown on mobile devices. then please check your email for further instruction.

Thanks!
November 22, 2017 at 6:27 am #2971VWTHEMESKeymasterHi Deanna,
To get the newsletter shortcode, Install contact form 7 plugin. Create a form then copy the shortcode present at the top.

To add newsletter, Go to Appearance >> Customize >> VW Settings>> Footer >> paste the “Section shortcode”

December 5, 2017 at 7:07 am #3077VWTHEMESKeymasterHi Evo-sync,
You can add countdown clock using below plugins:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-countdown/
https://wordpress.org/plugins/jquery-t-countdown-widget/You can add this section below slider using hook code in child theme.
Thanks.
December 7, 2017 at 3:15 pm #3152evo-syncParticipantHi,
How to I change the “Design & Developed by VW Themes” tag at the bottom of my child theme VW Fitness Pro.
Thanks
December 9, 2017 at 8:26 am #3166VWTHEMESKeymasterYou can hide it through the CSS. And if you want to change it then you need to override the credit_link function from your parent function.php file to the child theme. You need to search it by this “credit_link”. It depends on which theme you are using.
Thanks
December 21, 2017 at 7:21 pm #3258pdxfencingParticipantTop Fitness Creation – Shows in the documentation but is not on the theme I downloaded so i cannot customize it, it skips. goes from “what client say” to BMI Calculator. I did download the woocommerce plugin but am not able to figure out how to get the “Top Fitness Creation” section to show so I can customize it.
December 22, 2017 at 5:16 am #3261VWTHEMESKeymasterHi,
Please check the sections in the customizer (Go to Appearance > customize) ,It may be due to disabling those sections. Make those section enable. If in case the issue will not resolve after this, we have started a new queue through email, and reply us there.
Thanks.
February 25, 2018 at 7:00 pm #4024bteddysb2000ParticipantWhere do I find the instructions to update the VW Fitness Pro Theme?
February 26, 2018 at 5:25 am #4027VWTHEMESKeymasterHi Terrence,
The theme can be updated via two different methods. Through the Cpanel or via FTP/SFTP. First of all, you need to download the latest updated theme from your registered VW Theme account Downloads section.
1. Via FTP/SFTP
You can update the theme by simply overriding the existing theme.
Step 1: Download the theme which you want to update from VW themes downloads section
Step 2: Access your server via FTP or SFTP
Step 3: Browse to wp-content/themes/
Step 4: Delete the “vw-fitness-pro” folder and upload the new ones downloaded in step 1.2. Via Cpanel:
If you want to update it through the Cpanel then follow the below steps:
1.log into your cPanel.
2. Navigate to Files section > File Manager menu:
Check: https://www.vwthemes.net/support-images/file-manager.png
3. Move to the website directory root and locate /wp-content/themes/ folder. Click the Upload button, find your theme archive and upload it to the required directory:
Check: http://www.vwthemes.net/support-images/themes-directory.png
Check: http://www.vwthemes.net/support-images/upload-zip.png4. Extract the theme zip file. Before extracting it delete the existing vw-fitness-pro folder.
Thanks
March 12, 2018 at 10:18 pm #4227tracyParticipantHi there,
I have the VW Fitness Pro and the Trainers section does not display the way i view it in the demo. I only get one trainer showing (I have 8 set up) and it does not show up as a slider. The shortcode does not appear to be working either. I also noticed that i only have the social media portion of the module, none of the other sections (fields) show up. Ex. Excerpt. Please let me know what i may have missed in the set up. Everything else is working great!
