For that, you will need to provide us your WordPress details by making a user for us assign administrator role and send us the username and password along with the URL. Also, the FTP access so that we can edit the files.

For the first point, could you please specify what you need to say about caption in all category?
For the second point, In our theme homepage category are fetching from code, not from widget area so it will come in alphabetically.
For the third point, there is no option for subcategories under all category tab on behalf of that you can use Mega Menu.

As per your query, you want to change the title name to greek.
We have made some changes on our theme and add an option to change the all category text.
Please go to your my account and download the same version theme and just delete the theme you are using currently and upload the downloaded theme.
You will get the option in the customizer to change the text.

One more easy question: In the contact us template page you provide, how can I change the text above the map? I can’t find it and I guess it’s very easy…

Hi Chris,
We are giving you some easy steps to change the category name from customizer.
Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Category >> In Last option you will see Section Title >> Please add your greek text there >> Publish.
