How can you help section has an image. That is why it cannot be changed. What you need to do is go to Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Settings -> How can you help -> Remove the background image and add a color what you want to add.

For the second point, are you referring to the progress bar color?

As per your query, it may be possible that you have added an additional plugin that may be conflicting with the Font Awesome features.

Some plugins do not support the current version of Font Awesome features, this may be the reason that the icons are not displaying.

Kindly deactivate the plugin and refresh the website to check which plugin is conflicting the features.

If this would not be the problem then contact us.

And in order to remove Design & Develop Credit at footer, just follow these below steps,

Go to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS -> And paste below CSS there -> Publish
