Video link in theme not working!

Hello,
I’m customizing my home page with the VW Health Coach Pro Theme. No matter what I do, the video does not play! It will either show a broken link page, or bring up a grayed out rectangle and freeze my page. Please help?

Hi. I am having the same issue – video link on my home page is not connecting to Youtube. I’ve tried 2 different videos, different lengths, etc. and no change. I’ve checked the link. I get an unhappy face icon when I click on the link. How do I fix this?

Hi again, Here is the embed link, which is not working. When I paste it into the video link on my home page the page turns gray!
