translating the theme customization strings

My site is bilingual English/Arabic. I can not find a way to translate any of the strings that are entered in the theme customization screens (for example “Slide Heading Title1”). I am using polylang and loco translate. How can I translate those texts?

If you want we can review the issue, make a user for us assign administrator role and send us the username and password along with the URL at support@vwthemes.com
