How can I increase the number of teams displayed on the homepage? Also it looks like they are alphabetical, can I change the order?

Why do you need admin access for a simple request to increase the number of teams displayed?
If we give you steps to increase the number of posts then all post-type section increase the post value
Kindly follow the steps given below
Go to Dashboard >> Settings >> Reading >> Blog pages show at most >> increase the posts value
