I have worked with many themes for several websites. There are 2 things that are really important when you are creating a site: a good support team and clear instructions. The VW team has been very helpful, polite and answer in a reasonable time. Maybe it owuld be good if a live chat was available. On the other hand, VW offer the most clear and complete instructions to set a theme.

I purchased Get 66 Premium Themes.
I could not set up plugins and the Book Store theme on WordPress.
I asked help from the team of VW Theme, and they solved my problem within 24 hours.
They respond very fast. They are very professional.
