Problems with the mobile version of the site

I recently bought a VW ECOMMERCE SHOP PRO THEME
Installed in WordPress
Everything works except that the links in the menu in the mobile version of the site do not work.

I used the theme VW ECOMMERCE SHOP PRO THEME
while developing this site: http://www.tirex.su
When I open it from the PC, the main menu (“ВСЕ ПРОДУКТЫ”) is fully working – the correct links are placed in it.
When I open it from a mobile device (Android, Google Chrome)
Links in the menu are empty.
This is the problem.
Please help.

We are experiencing the same issues on our website via mobile phone.

I am using VW Hotel Pro theme for my website and having problems opening some of my menus on mobile devices. When I open it from the PC, the menu works fine. But when I work from a mobile device the links on the menu doesn’t want to open (doesn’t respond).

i purchased this https://www.vwthemes.com/themes/online-grocery-shopping-wordpress-theme/ and all other theme for $99 but until now cant use this theme because its not mobile view compatible.
But you promise to fix. You asked for my Admin Credentials to access and edit my Theme and promise to accomplish within the day.Despite the privacy of everything in my website I still trusted you accessing my website and I gave you my direct admin link.
I see that you have successfully entered my website without problem since morning Yesterday.
But until now I still see no changes in my website and got no reply from you nor update. After accessing my website all day you no longer respond. What happened?
I send emails asking for update but still you do not reply.
It is been 3 days now and I am still hoping and waiting for an update.
