Problem with two required plugins – VW Startup

Hello,
After purchasing and uploading the theme file I started the installation process – two required plugins were missing links in the package.
VW Startup Pro Posttype
VW Title Banner Image
How to solve this and from where to get the links needed. Thank you

I am having the same problem. I have installed the plugins but they won’t read. the message I am getting is The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_MISSING_FILE (-4) : Missing archive file ‘/home/outofsig/public_html/wp-content/themes/vw-startup-pro/inc/plugins/vw-title-banner-image’
Hi,
Just download the plugins from here https://www.vwthemes.com/my-account/ by the login with your details.
Then upload those plugins from Plugins -> Add New -> Upload. It will work.

I’m having the same problem with the vw magazine theme – it looks like the vm title banner plugin should be included in the vm magazine download zip but is missing. The admin ui prompts to install this plugin but since it is missing it can’t be installed. Can you update the magazine theme zip file or provide download link for this plugin and/or any other plugins missing from the theme thanks

I made the purchase of the theme, downloaded the plugins according to the guidelines and when loading the site and install the plugin “vw-mobile-app-pro-posttype_1.0” wordpress presents the error:

The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.
Plugin installation failed.
Back to the plugin installer

First of all download the plugin from My Account and after that go to Dashboard >> Plugins >> Add New >> Upload Plugin >> After upload complete activated it.
