I have gone into the site via FTP, but I cannot find the file where I’m supposed to paste the new PHP code snippet. Can you direct me?

Hello Sir,

When you will log in to the site via FTP, go to theme root folder i.e VW-tour-pro find page.php under theme root folder i.e VW-tour-pro and paste your PHP code snippet.

Please do it carefully, it may crash your website, if you want we can do it for that make a user for us assign administrator role and send us the username and password with the site URL at support@vwthemes.com
