Deleted Tour Lite. Went back to the Tour Pro child theme. Flushed the cache multiple times. The site still doesn’t work.

Thank you for your efforts. Am having the WordPress techs at GoDaddy look at the site and see if they can solve the problem from their side. Please suspend further work on my site until further notice.

I did that a week ago. WordPress techs at GoDaddy are working on the problem now. If they cannot solve it, I will return to this thread and send you another set of administrator credentials to try again.

Question: Are the Banner Images on Pages supposed to appear out-of-focus?

Hi,

While uploading the banner image for the pages you have to select the option given in the right bottom corner.

Select the size and then upload the image.

Re Banner Images, I have been using the option as your screenshot shows; the images appear “soft,” fuzzy, out-of-focus. Is there a set of dimensions for the banner images? Is it the same as the dimensions for the slider images, or is it different?

while selecting the banner image you need to select the full-size image in the box present in the bottom right corner while uploading the image.

This will help you to display clear images.
