Orange color behind Logo – how to edit pages

I have dug through everything and granted I’m tired and very well could be overlooking it. But how do you change the orange background behind the Logo, the search icon, and the shop icon?

Secondly, I have installed everything, and when I go to pages/home (to the demo home page) to update/edit them it doesn’t give me an option to do so because it only shows me Elementor which I can’t use with it.
