I purchased the CV Resume Pro theme today, was charged, and got confirmation emails with download links for the templates… but no activation key. When I log into my account, I do not see the key in my account details anywhere, and the order is still listed as “processing…”. Has this happened to anyone else? I’m effectively at a standstill when i was hoping to get a lot of this setup completed over the weekend.

I filled out the contact form, but it seems like I’m not going to hear back from anyone before Monday. Was hoping I’m just missing it somewhere and someone else could point me in the right direction.

I have not experienced such a frustrating purchasing experience in my life. If the product is not fully ready why offer it to the public? I have purchased the VW POdcast Audio, first of all there was no file to download- I received it eventually through Transfer, now there is no activation key. I wish I had purchased a theme from Secondline. Only God knows when if at all I will get the key. It is ridiculous
