    Purchased professional version because it said it came with a year of support, but I can’t get any help.

    ISSUE #1 – Header will not display LOGO image
    ISSUE #2 – Images will not display on pages
    ISSUE #3 – Text formatting BOLD not displaying
    ISSUE #4 – FAQ section in customize panel will not allow to me edit the placeholder text. There’s no option to edit questions or answers.

    I’m probably below average using WP, but I’m not a complete dummy, either.
    But this theme is making me feel like it.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
