Loading page in between page navigation

Hi I’m trying to either remove or change the color when I’m navigating the site the loading page in between pages? So for example when I’m on the home page and click to the Contact page there is a brief purple loading screen in between that last for a second or two. Can this be removed? Or at least changed to a blue color in stead of purple?
