Hi all,
I’m finding a few issues with this theme. All my product catagories are displaying NaN as the value, and for whatever reason my front page links back to cart, even though the page/store setting have been changed to do otherwise. Any help would be ace. I’ve reinstalled the theme a few times to see if its that, but so far not. Woo is up to date, too.September 22, 2018 at 10:11 am #6931developer vwtheme
ParticipantHi Hayden,
As per your query, we have seen your site and category are working and showing products also.
And you need to setup homepage there is no issue in theme.
Just remove the Cart page from customizer >> Homepage setting >> After that use demo importer.
Go to Appearance -> Get Started -> Run Importer.
This will give you the demo on your front end.
Thanks

ParticipantHi, Thanks for the reply but the demo has been imported, and was prior. We ended up mending that, though.
The issue I was talking about with category’s are that when you go to shop, the category’s show a value of NaN. Which really doesn’t help. I’ll post a pic Here
I’ve had php dev look into it and he can’t solve the value error, so I come to you, hat in hand.

ParticipantYou are really not hearing me at all, are you? Either that or you choose not to listen.
YOUR CATEGORY DISPLAYS A NAN ERROR IN EACH QUANTITY. THIS IS SOMETHING IN THE CODE, RATHER THEN AN ISSUE WITH FOLLOWING THE PROCESS’S YOU’VE SUGGESTED. IN MY PREVIOUS POST I POSTED A PICTURE DISPLAYING WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT. MY PRODUCT AND CATEGORY’S ARE SETUP CORRECTLY ON MY END.
Maybe now you’ll hear me.
From one of my devs “The Categories are loading fine from the mySQL database but are being overwritten by some sort of function in the theme template.”

ParticipantTurns out its an issue with ‘Superfish’. We’re having to patch it ourselves given your lack of reply. Or am I able to refund the theme?
September 26, 2018 at 10:08 am #7007hayden
ParticipantActually scratch that, I just want a refund. Whom do I contact. This has been a nightmare to work with.
“Refund Policy
Themes are abstract digital products and are absolute. All the theme purchases you make are non-refundable. After you purchase the themes, no refunds will be issued to you. So, make the correct choice of theme.”Even if your demo content contains the same error? I sure hope not. I’d be happy to exchange it for another theme, but this is broken and has nearly lost me a week in troubleshooting.

ParticipantThanks Team,
I think I see the issue,. When I bought the Book Store Theme I downloaded all files for it including the “VW Book Store Pro Posttype” which I thought was the Plugin it says is Required. However your plugin the Theme is requesting is evidently Not included in the theme I purchased,. It seems the Plugin the theme is asking for is another purchase.
I found it here: https://www.vwthemes.com/premium-plugin/vw-title-banner-plugin/So, question. Is this Required plugin a separate purchase or is it included in the purchase I’ve already made for the Theme? If it’s included then please advise where it is and if it’s not included then why not since it’s says it’s required?
Thanks,
Jon -
