Images not appearing on pages in VW Gallery

I have uploaded pictures to a new gallery, but when I view that page, no images appear.
Also there is no shortcode. Can you assist?

As per your query, please both of you provide us your WordPress login details.

If you want we can review your gallery, make a user for us assign administrator role and send us the username and password along with the URL at support@vwthemes.com.

I did install and activate the plugin. I have created a gallery, but images are not showing.
I am using the charity_ngo_pro plugin (with Sirat Theme).
Is there something that I need to do to make it work ?

You need to activate the plugin.
Create the gallery and add the shotecode to display the gallery:
[vw-galleryshow vw_gallery=”149″ numberofitem=”8″ bootstraponecolsize=”3″]
Copy the number created in the gallery and update the shortcode number.
You need to replace the number 149

Follow the below steps to set up the Gallery Section.
In order to set up this section first, you have to install the “VW-gallery-images” plugin.
After installation gallery option will appear on the dashboard.
Go to Dashboard >> Gallery >> Add New Gallery
Check the screenshot to for better understanding to select gallery id

Pero sigue sin aparecer en la pagina principal
