Downloading theme

Hi, I purchased the VW theme on Friday, but I’m having some issues downloading the theme. I sent you an email and just received a reply saying:

We have checked order details and found you have downloaded all the theme files. Could you please refer to the documentation link for the installation process

After visiting the link, the fourth step is “Click on Browse Button then select your vw-automobile-pro_0.1.zip theme and click on install now button.” But the only thing that comes up on my computer is vw-automobile-posttype.zip – can you please let me know what I’m doing wrong?

I’ve been able to change the look of my site, but it’s still far from what the template promises. And whenever I make a change, it’s a toss-up whether it saves or not. Please let me know how I should proceed. Thank you for your time and consideration.
