Can’t save updates on the theme

I’ve purchased the VW BOOK STORE PRO THEME but it doesn’t allow me to make any changes. I’m getting a pop-up message saying “Looks like something’s gone wrong. Wait a couple seconds, and then try again”.
I can see from this forum that some did have this issue before but I can’t see the fix being mentioned, hence I’m loggin again for assistance.

Hi, I did send email to support@vwthemes.com in the morning at 08:53 SAST as now it is 15:24 SAST and noone has responded.
How long does it take support to assist? Why pay for a theme when one can’t use it? I need my money back since I paid for something I can’t use and noone is assisting me.

I bought wall decor theme PRO. The support didn’t help me at all and hasn’t responded to my email for two days. I received an old version of the theme in the download and there’s no way to update it. I can’t change the blocks because only the title is displayed when I enter the edit page.
