Theme Support

When you purchase one of our themes, you’re making a one-time investment. This purchase includes complimentary theme upgrades and support for a duration of one year, starting from the date of your initial purchase.
If you decide that you’d like to continue benefiting from theme support and updates beyond the initial year, we offer you the option to do so at a cost of just $18 for individual themes, based on the original purchase price. This choice is entirely up to you and should be made if you find it beneficial. Please note that this renewal offer does not apply to theme bundles, as the cost for renewing a theme bundle is $99.
After the first year, you’ll still retain the ability to use the themes you’ve downloaded. However, it’s important to be aware that ongoing support and updates will not be included. Rest assured, your themes will continue to operate seamlessly.
For all our theme packages, you have access to comprehensive support. Upon purchasing a theme from our website, you gain the privilege of reaching out to our theme support forum. This platform allows you to post queries and report issues related to our themes. When making support requests, kindly provide your website’s URL where the theme is installed, as well as the version of WordPress you’re using.
Please keep in mind that we do not offer support for compatibility issues with third-party plugins. Our response time for support inquiries aligns with our operating hours, which are from 10 am to 7:30 pm, Monday through Saturday.
It’s important to note that we specialize in assisting with minor modifications and technical matters. For technical support, we exclusively use email as our communication channel, and we do not provide support through other means such as phone calls, Facebook, Twitter, blogs, etc.

Refund Policy
