How do I remove the red logo background?

Hi there,
I recently purchased the Recording Studio Pro WordPress theme and when I go to any page (other than the front) my logo has a red box behind and around it. Looking at the HTML, I’ve noticed that this is an inline style, but looking through the PHP files in theme editor, I can’t find where this is generated from. I’ve tried overwriting it with the “additional CSS” section by naming the id (#site-sticky-menu1) and the class (.vw-review-logo) and adding element.style. I even put the “div” designation at the beginning. I made the background-color : none and even used the sloppy practice of adding !important at the end. All of this is to no avail as there’s still an ugly red block behind my logo.
Further to that, in the template editor, I see my website name and tagline, but on the website all I get is the logo without any space for the other information. I have not been able to fix this either.
Lastly, whenever I’m working on an article, page, service or whatever, there’s a message telling me to upgrade to the pro version, as I’m not getting access to all of the features, but according to my themes page, I have the pro version installed. I have purchased and installed the pro version.
Oh, there is one more thing… there’s a plugin that won’t install. The “Smash Balloon Social Photo Feed” plugin says that it has to be installed. I go to install it and get the following error:
Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.
How do I fix this (and each of the other issues)?
