How Can You Help Video Embed Link

Hello, I would like to use a youtube video link but when I add the embed link nothing appears. I’ve also tried adding the simple URL but get an error. Does the video have to be one uploaded to wordpress media?
Can I get some help with my question please? In the How Can You Help section, it asks for a video link. I’ve entered a youtube embed link but nothing appears. http://www.sluag.org

Yes it is not displaying. I had to disable it because the video would not display. I don’t want to have half on=f the section displaying without the video, it looks incomplete.
