How do I activate the hooks in this theme? The PHP hook codes are present in the ../themes/vw-hospital/index.php file but are not displaying on the website.
Please advise
Thanks!

Just to be clear, I was not seeing all of the content that was present in the demo and assumed it was because I needed to enable your hooks or something to that effect. I resolved the issue by uninstalling the theme, both parent and child. And then reinstalling both the parent and the child theme you provided using the theme wizard. Still not sure where the problem originated, maybe it was because I manually created the child theme the first time. However, I now have different issue I will address in a new post.
Thanks,

There’s a conflict with the VW Hospital Theme that is causing my WP Admin site to get the “white screen of death”. I narrowed it down to theme because the WP Admin site is fully restored when I “remove” (rename) your theme. My workaround is to remove the theme and replace it once I’m logged into WP Admin. I don’t really have time to diagnose this issue, but my workaround is very cumbersome and annoying. If you’ve had this issue before and know how to fix it, please let me know.
Thanks!

September 7, 2017 at 8:19 pm #2359alice.rongwuParticipanthow to change the slide size?
September 8, 2017 at 6:50 am #2365VWTHEMESKeymasterHi Alice,
The recommended upload size for the slider image is 1400 * 700.
But if you want to change its size then you need to add your custom css inside vw hospital child theme (style.css file).Let us know if you have any other issues.
Thanks.

It does not have the options available as detailed in the documentation and is not showing up on the site. Is there something additional that needs to be done besides adding in the pictures?
Thanks.
October 3, 2017 at 8:17 am #2652VWTHEMESKeymasterHi John,
It seems that you don’t have the updated version of the hospital theme.
Please update your theme to the latest version i.e 1.0.2You can update your theme from https://www.vwthemes.com/my-account/ -> order Section.
Let us know if you have any issue in that.
Thanks
October 6, 2017 at 2:12 pm #2690martynParticipantHi
I need 8 Items on my main menu but as I added the 7th item to my menu it has dropped below the ‘HOME’ item, is there a way I can extend the width of the menu bar?. I am developing the site locally on my computer and so cannot give you a URL to access and see the screen.
October 8, 2017 at 5:04 pm #2701joettabrashearParticipantI installed the VW Hospital theme. In my “Menu” there is a large grey box that says “Mega-Menu” that I cannot remove no matter what I try.
In Chrome/edge/explorer the menu boxes would not show as “drop down” even though I blanketed them. Forcing me to delete submenus.
I just purchased last night and have the most up to date version
Please help with these two issues!!!

That solved the problem perfectly, added to child theme style.css and I can now add another menu item, thank you for your assistance. Brilliant theme layout by the way.
