I wanted to install the full theme, as shown in the demo. I installed the parent and child in the “upload theme”, then activated both plugins and it isn’t correct when I click “customize”. All are active. I’m stuck. I’ve deleted and reuploaded twice, won’t appear correct, some spacing is off, etc.

Thank You for choosing us!
You need to set the theme to get all the demo content.
You can refer the documentation for a better understanding.
Here is the link: https://www.vwthemesdemo.com/docs/vw-education-pro/
If you got stuck somewhere then send us the query. If you want we can set up your theme, make a user for us assign administrator role and send us the username and password along with the URL of your WordPress at support@vwthemes.com We have a free theme installation support.
We hope this gives you the information you need.

It seemed straightforward, and I’ve installed wp themes in the past without issue. I suppose I may have to take the support option and provide an admin access, because I’m missing what happened here.
March 23, 2019 at 4:09 pm #11372DamiannunimakerParticipantTo be clear, I placed my inquiry in the “Education Pro” forum, but it appears my theme is “Education Academy Pro”, which is indeed the theme I have set. The theme isn’t installing correctly. The guide borders stupid/simple, so it has to be some type of conflict.
March 23, 2019 at 4:26 pm #11374DamiannunimakerParticipantSo, I made some progress, here is the issue I discovered. In the Setting>reading>Set the front page “home”, there are 9 “home” options. It was selected initially as correct (Static, home, with posts page as “select”), but when I selected a different home (of the 9), the theme updated to a nearly correct version. There are elements missing though, and the bottom toolbar has 9 home buttons, 9 blog buttons, 8 contact buttons, 8 advanced search buttons, 8 page buttons, etc.
Certain image assignments for the slider and menu aren’t correct either, such as the social media images at the top, implying the gallery plugin isn’t working to some degree or missing elements?

Thank You for choosing us!
You need to use the WP Font Awesome Plugin to resolve the issue regarding the icons.
Download the Plugin from https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-font-awesome/
Sent us the login details at support@vwthemes.com for demo setup.
Please let us know if you need anything further and We would be happy to help.
Thank you

I have this issue at the bottom of the page (Desktop)…well, aside from the number of home, blog, etc buttons, which I assume I can just delete.
Also, in mobile view…I have no menu buttons visible at all
