Since flowers are perishable and made-to-order, we’ve designed our Refund and Return Policy to be fair, transparent, and simple.
- 1. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them, provided the arrangement process has not yet begun.
- Once flowers have been prepared or dispatched, we’re unable to cancel the order.

Non-prescription, unopened, and unused items may be eligible for return within 7 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.
- 2. Returns
- Items must be in original, unopened packaging
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required
- The return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery or pickup
- 3. Refund Eligibility
- The delivered arrangement is significantly different from what was ordered.
- The flowers are damaged, wilted, or not fresh upon arrival.
- The delivery was made to the wrong address due to our error

- Delays caused by incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
